Co-VID hit and most attorney's became scarce. I watched as clients were pushed to other staff members at other firms, calls and emails not responded to and even a few buyers almost losing their earnest money deposits due to inadequate representation. Coincidentally I lucked out and was introduced to clients that had already retained Marisa on a transaction. She made herself available as the transaction required and was very specific as to the expectations the client should have. We contacted Marissa for the purchase of a home. This was our very first attempt to buy a home and we were very new to the process. Marissa was very patient with us and helpful. She took the time to answer any questions we had about the contract as well as anticipated any questions we might have had in the future. She was truly on our side not the side of the agent or the other parties lawyer. And she was very reasonable with her pricing however she did not reflect that in her service. Purchasing a home is very expensive and we truly appreciated quality service at a reasonable price. She was very attentive and answered our emails very quickly. When we discovered something about the property we were unsure of she was quickly there to reassure us of our rights and getting out of the contract . We would definitely work with Marissa again when we do find another home that we wish to purchase.
