My 12 year son and I have been training with Colleen for over a year. Colleen is a dedicated, versatile and knowledgeable trainer She keeps things interesting. Colleen makes fitness fun for the kids, combining cardio and strength training in a fun environment that has them playing sports and imagining themselves as the next American ninjas. I can see an increase in confidence and an increased ease my son has in sports and play. He has also become well versed in nutrition, reads labels, and makes smart choices. I have trained with Colleen one on one, as well as taken a variety of her classes around the area. Indoors or out, I always walk away feeling strong and healthy, sweaty and tired.
