  I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle a year ago and was blessed to find Yogi Spine Care and my therapist Sam. It made all the difference on my road to recovery. One of the best PT experiences of my life. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, he constantly adjusted my workouts to make sure I was getting the most I could out of my PT sessions. He is also passionate about the science of PT, and is a very kind soul. They even put my name on a prayer board. Believe me, I needed that for sure. I don’t like to write reviews but I thought writing this on was important. Good luck on your recovery journey, you are in good hands with Yogi Spine Care.

  For me, it’s the attention to detail that Sam provides for my healing. His training and his advanced certifications, “in particular, McKenzie method”, allowed him to apply additional strategies and techniques that promoted faster results for my neck and upper body. Sam actually works the muscle, the joints, that need healing with his Hands, in addition to his specific training program of exercises. His knowledge and applications work. I’ve had my share of PT’s over the years- if you want cookie-cutter programs and hands-free physical therapy, then call anybody!…. If you want healing, then you better call Sam. Highly recommended

  I recently had the pleasure of receiving therapy from a highly recommended physical therapist who specializes in spine care, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Their expertise and certification in spine therapy truly made a difference in my treatment.

  My aunt recommended Dr. Sam Koshiya and I am so glad I went! I’ve suffered from shoulder, wrist, and back pain for a while now and after seeing them for a couple weeks I am finally finding relief. He truly spends time listening to my needs and working with me to get better. They are also certified in the McKenzie Method which shows that they truly want you to get better! I highly recommend Yogi Spine Care & Physical therapy.

  [1/3] I've injury in my Arm and hand few weeks ago, found great PT thorough my insurance at Yogi Spine Care & Physical Therapy. Dr.Sam is very professional, great bed [2/3] side manner, helpful with my condition expertise. With one-on-one Care, I've great improvemnt from my therapy. Clinic is very clean and welcoming. I definitely [3/3] refer my friend and family to here.
