  What I love about Mark is his focus on technique & form. Too many trainers just go for max weight. With Mark you will certainly get strong, but you will do so with proper form and much less chance of injury. Highly recommend 💪.

  Mark is an amazing trainer and fitness coach. He’s helped me get stronger, leaner and (most importantly) smarter about my health in ways that have made my long-term goals more readily attainable. I highly recommend anyone, from beginner (like I was) to expert, and who is serious about transforming their lifestyle to reach out to Mark and starting training with him right away.

  I joined FWD Fit two years ago after transitioning from training Muay Thai for apx 10 years. As a coach and licensed massage therapist in my late 40’s I was impressed with Mark’s coaching knowledge and style: fierce attention to form, never train through pain attitude and his ability to adapt any movement for me due to mobility issues or current pain issues I was dealing with.
  It took me one day of a week trial to respect his knowledge and training style. I could see how genuinely passionate he was in teaching and creating a solid community of athletes of all ages and abilities and trusted he would push me smartly.
  New to training or training for years Mark is adept at immediately reading his client and coaching to their individual needs!
  10/10 would recommend!

  Mark is a true professional in the fitness industry. I had prior fitness experience for about 6 years before meeting Mark. His coaching style always prioritizes proper movement mechanics, which helps eliminate any injuries that could slow your training down. Overall, I have found my fitness capacity has increased since training with Mark. Additionally, he has a great personality, which makes for a fun environment. I would recommend Mark to anyone at any level of fitness experience.

  I came to Mark 2 years ago with no experience, a herniated disc and completely out of shape. He told me that as long as I showed up he could help me achieve my goals of getting healthy. Everything I was told came true and his ability to motivate and help me outside of the gym allowed me to get healthy. I’m in in the best shape of my life currently and I have Mark to thank for it. I would recommend working with Mark to anyone and suggest not being afraid to start something new. It’s worth it and Mark is a great coach.
