  So grateful FWD FIT, Joe, Karolina and Mark have come into my life. The gym is such a welcoming place that I am excited to be a part of every day. I feel so much stronger and happier in just a few weeks. I highly recommend and would gladly share more with anyone interested on why FWD FIT and these 3 awesome trainers are a great choice.

  Personal trainers with a really high level of expertise in matching workouts to your goals and abilities. The gym has all the equipment you could need for Crossfit style workouts, from cardio to strength. Tons of natural light with huge windows overlooking the reservoir. It's also very clean and they have several class options as an alternative to personal training as well.

  Best fitness center in Westchester. The dedicated team are there to help. Individual coaching is available and recommended to get the body ready for adventure!

  I had a 1x1 session with Carolina and only have positive things to say about the gym and staff. They are striving to create a friendly and healthy workout environment and are spot on. I Highly recommend checking out this gym.

  Great coaches and trainers who can push you hard and scale workouts to your needs. Facility is clean, open, with great natural views and a variety of equipment. Will be my gym of choice from now on!
