(July 1, 2023, 10:17 pm)I started the process back in December 2021. Timing of installation which occurred in 2023 was due to scheduling changes on my end, not the Company. I was really impressed with the design process and follow up. The in-home visit was not rushed and very thorough with the objective of working within our budget to deliver what we were looking for. The office in Bethel, CT is to be commended for their patience and quality of customer service. I was so excited about installation day. The team of 2 arrived on time. Was very professional. Walked through the master closet area to make sure it was ready and once their walk through was complete, they got to work. There was light rain so they made sure to cover and protect the units when transported from their truck to the house. I had a couple of questions during the installation which they took the time to answer. I would use this location again and again. Thank you to Justin and his team of exceptional professionals. The materials we chose and the design layout exceeds expectations. Since the install, we've added motion activated lighting which creates a beautiful ambiance. Looking forward to working with Closets By Design again soon.

I cannot express enough how ecstatic I am with the finished product. My pantry was not originally built with space optimization. Now it is and I have sections for appliances and cookbooks too. I’m extremely impressed with the consult through installation. I highly recommend these guys for any of your closet needs!!!!

(March 21, 2023, 8:53 am)I used closets by design because they were much more affordable than California closets. I worked with Jennifer - she was fantastic from the beginning. She came to my house took measurements, design the entire closet by hand and made suggestions. She was extremely helpful and responsive. I added a few things here and there which was not difficult to do. My closet looks amazing and is great quality. I highly recommend them, of course the only thing I would say was the waiting but that’s understandable. I would use them again.

She really worked with me and paid attention to all the details. Our closet was installed today and that went flawless. The installer was punctual and professional!
