  Kira and crew are the best. I’m new to the pool game, and they are ALWAYS there to answer my questions and give me advice. The knowledge and pool equipment they have in stock is amazing. I highly recommend them. From start to finish, it was the best.

  I went to this store looking for a pool cleaner for my husband as a fathers day gift. The employees here were great! They educated me on different models and explained everything so well that I purchased the Dolphin e10 robotic. Thanks Namco at Danbury!!

  This is by far my favorite pool for parts, chemicals, and great service. Especially from Kira. What a delightful person. So knowledgeable and honest about the needs of her customers. Thank you 😊

  I had a wonderful experience here when shopping for a hot-tub. Kira was very knowledgeable and went over every product with me and my family. She was able to give many helpful details about making this purchase that other stores did not even mention! The store was clean and all the staff members were friendly. I will definitely be returning!
