  My experience with Andrea was outstanding!!! I needed to find a home immediately, no time to waste because my house I was residing in CT had sold . I explained my situation and she went to work. She was totally focused on finding a home for us , where we wanted to live and according to our needs. Andrea gave us wonderful suggestions. I am so impressed by her knowledge, kindness, boldness when talking on our behalf for our purchase. It was lovely working with her and I will always remember her diligent work . I recommend her wholeheartedly.

  We had such a wonderful experience with Closer. Andrea went above and beyond! We appreciate her so much and her hard work. She really listened to what we were looking for and explained the process from beginning to end. We were previously working with another realtor and the difference in service was huge. We didn't realize that after putting 8 offers and getting nowhere that the problem was our previous realtor was not really doing much in the negotiating process. With Andrea, we put in one offer and it got accepted (and believe me when i say if she didn't negotiate/use her skills we would not have gotten the house) . She is very savvy and actually helpful. We met a few of her teammates and they were very knowledgeable as well. I can go on and on! Thank you Andrea/Closer!

  Andrea is the best in so many ways! My husband and I first met Andrea at an open house for which she was the listing agent. We decided at that time that we were not ready to buy a house but after our first introduction we knew we needed Andrea in our lives! She was more than happy to help us find a beautiful apartment while we were house hunting and went on to help us find, buy, and then later sell our first home. We faced many municipal and logistical obstacles during our closing processes that Andrea went above and beyond to tackle. Her positive attitude is unwavering and her expertise is undeniable. We cannot recommend her services enough and will always use her for our home buying and selling needs. Thank you, Andrea!!

  Andrea's professionalism was evident from the first day of our acquaintance
  We have had an amazing experience working with Andrea! We were looking for our first real property and didn't even know what state, town, or area would suit us or if it was better to build a new house or buy an already existing one. As it was our first experience, we were unsure about many things and were changing our opinion several times. Andrea was able to address all our mutual and individual concerns and finally help us find a place that would really address the needs of our family. Andrea's professionalism was evident from the first day of our acquaintance when she met us with a list of properties of different value and locations to help us decide which type of property we like more (newer or older houses, their potential and the correlation between price and quality). For the showings we had to travel from NYC area and each time Andrea was very helpful in arranging the viewings for us to see as many places as possible. She knows every step of the process, starting with the conceptual matters (type of the house, location, etc.) and up to the required paperwork, consequences of any action parties can take, and the legal side of the business. Possessing great negotiation skills, Andrea helped us to substantially lower the purchase price. The lawyer and the lender she recommended did a good job too, and everything went smoothly up to the closing and our actual move to the new house. Besides being savvy in all technical aspects of a house purchase, Andrea is very thoughtful and attentive – she has always given us great advice on the places to visit and things to do in the community as well as recommended stores, cafes, sport centers, even the moving company, and other things useful for a homeowner. After the closing she gave a printed booklet she compiled herself with the much-needed information on heating options, local regulations, nearby government offices locations, social media groups of the community and much more. Communication with her and house hunting overall was a pleasure and very positive experience, we felt well taken care of and confident in the process, for which we are grateful to Andrea very much!   We purchased our first home with Andrea in 2015. The process was so easy and fast that we decided to use her for the sale of the same home 4 years later. She did such a great job staging the home, taking pictures and being very detailed of the description of the home that we got an offer $25k above asking price in less than 24 hours of Andrea listing the home. She was so efficient in having everything processed quickly and smoothly all over again. The buyers of our home were super happy and so were we. We sold our home because we decided to move to Florida and Andrea although she would of preferred us to stay in NY because we became like family to her (she has a way of doing that with her charm, clients needs and protectiveness) was quick to find us a realtor in the area we were interested in. The realtor she referred us to is just as amazing and we are so thankful that Andrea took the time to do this for us. She herself made the introduction and has made sure we are still taken care of every step of the way. None of this would of been possible without Andrea. We were two young newlyweds who didn't know how to navigate the realty world. You can call us experts now thanks to Andrea's guidance. We are beyond thankful because all of our greatest milestones as a family were made possible because of Andrea. I truly do hope everyone gets to experience someone as great as her at least once in their lifetime.
