(June 22, 2023, 5:32 pm)Shy the social worker is AMAZING!!! I had a care conference last week. She made notes of my concerns and followed up with me a few days later. My mom has been at Cliveden for 3 years. This was my 1st care conference. I had know idea what a care conference was. She informed me that care conference is every 90 days . She also told me to contact her directly in between care conference dates if I had any immediate concerns. I can’t express how refreshing it is to a direct contact to someone there while my mom is there. Thank you Shy!!!!

(March 26, 2023, 4:57 pm)The new Social Worker Shy is amazing. She is professional and she cares for the residents. My aunt is at this facility it has been hard finding someone to update me on her care. She always return my phone calls in a timely matter.
