(August 13, 2023, 8:17 pm)The staff is truly caring as I observe them respectfully perform their duties. I sat thru activities and admired the kindness and humor the staff share with each other and patients. The staff is very protective of the patients.
I am a Certified Social Worker and have worked in a nursing facility before and I know how people should be treated. My good friend is a resident and I enjoy visiting him at Caring Hearts.

(June 26, 2023, 3:03 pm)I visited my aunt twice at this facility and I'm happy to say that Nurse Angel, the Unit Manager was very efficient and proactive in responding to my aunt's needs. She encouraged my aunt to continue to ask for help when needed, and not to be discouraged by the "unwelcoming and unresponsive" nurse(s) because she would rectify the situation. Nurse Angel kept true to her word ❤. Nurses Shanira and Shakia were very attentive to my aunt and made her comfortable. Tia, on the Environmental Staff, made sure that the room was tidy and fresh.
I'm very glad that our concerns weren't overlooked and those few, proverbial "bad apples", didn't spoil the bunch.

(May 21, 2023, 10:51 am)So I choose to send my grandmother to caring heart after being told by the hospital she needed 24hr care. I read the reviews of several other rehab facilities and was mortified. Caring heart had over 300 reviews so I decided to take a chance. My honest opinion. Caring heart has a very caring nursing administrator in Aisha. A woman named Karen on the 5th floor was a real live angel who assisted us in last minute appointments for my grandmother and making sure she had a kind friend in Boston who drove with her to her appointment and wasn't alone. There were other assistant and nurses who were good and others who u could tell were just there for a paycheck. The facility appeared to be clean and someone was always cleaning when we came to visit every other day. All in all my grandmother enjoyed the rehab and didn't want to leave. The food was hit and miss. Sometimes 👵 said it was good but sometimes it was cold. I say don't leave there without giving them the opportunity to fix and change. I spoke to Aisha and she was always quick to handle things we discussed. I can't wait to see how much better they will get under Aisha tutelage.

I was impressed by the office staff and some of nursing supervisors. Patients get good care.
Parking is horrible. Neighborhood is sketchy at night. The building is set up weird.
