Great community to live in! Everyone so nice and friendly! Lived here with my husband over 3 years now! Never had any issues! Shaina has been AMAZING with answering any questions I have had or addressing any concerns!! She is the best!!! Definitely recommend Claridge Court!!
I lived here on three different occasions. Very clean. Awesome staff. Nice neighbors. Great elementary school, middle school and high school.
Assistant property manager Shaina Mueller is very helpful and informative regarding rentals and amenities. Very nice complex.
Love love LOVE it here! This is by FAR the nicest community in Old Bridge and even Central Jersey. It doesn't feel like I am living in an apartment complex. Everyone is so nice and knows eachother. Really friendly/Family vibes here. Their pool/rec area is so enticing in the summer, really beautiful! Just a really nice community, big shady trees you can tell its been here a while and I really like that! I really love that its tucked back in the woods! Little a little hidden oasis back here!
I moved in 2 months ago and I first and foremost want to say that Shaina is AMAZING. She answers every email and helps with anything and everything and she’s so kind which I’ve found to be very uncommon in most other rental companies.
They are renovating the place (I got a renovated apartment) and while they are pricey, the place is really nice and beautiful and I also feel safe here.
My only complaint is that the ceilings creak badly. If you’re even somewhat of a light sleeper or need a quiet apartment to work from home during the day… request an upstairs apartment. These buildings are clearly old and it’s incredibly loud when my (very nice) upstairs neighbors walk. It sounds like there’s no passing between the ceilings and floors and it literally wakes me up almost every night. I also think it’s ridiculous to have to pay extra for the pool when the rent is so high… but besides that, great place to live!
