The resident areas are clean, neighbors are friendly and the location is close by to everything! When something goes wrong in my unit, Joe is always so quick to respond and resolves the problem. Susie is the best when it comes to notifying all residents about upcoming events. Robert goes above and beyond to deliver resident packages (when that’s not even something he has to do). Overall, my experience here has been nothing but wonderful!

(September 30, 2022, 8:47 am)This apartment building is conveniently located to everything you may need with easy access to a major state highway. The public spaces are maintained well and clean. The apartments are large and comfortable and the neighbors for the most part are respectful and nice. Sussie and Joe (the tag team duo who run the day to day of the property) are phenomenal and you can tell they really care about the residents.

My move has gone perfectly, Susie her staff of Olivia, Mason, and Alexis are professional and are very helpful. My move-in was very easy for me. 99 Bridge Apartments are off The charts when it comes to amenities as well as the room design. They even have two electrical pumps in the Parking lot. I am so psyched to get in to my apartment. Thank you very much 99 Bridge you are awesome
