(June 6, 2023, 1:08 am)Over the past six months I've been working with Cindy twice a week. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and OCD and have had half a dozen therapists. Cindy is by far the best. She's down to earth, warm, friendly, and sincerely cares about my well-being.
Here's how I can tell: Other therapists wrap up sessions the moment the clock hits 50 minutes. However, Cindy will go past the 50 minute mark if she thinks that we're making progress. In other words, she sincerely cares. It's refreshing.
Cindy has helped me make so many positive changes in my life. I cant recommend her enough. -

(July 24, 2022, 1:29 am)I am very grateful that I found Cindy. She is a wonderful clinician and person. She's supportive, encouraging, honest, knowledgable, and understanding. We began our work just last year but I feel like I've known her forever. When we started, my life was a mess. However, thanks to Cindy, I've been sober for more than a year. There's still a lot of work to do -- Thankfully, I have Cindy to help me through it.

I feel like I'm talking to a friend, not a therapist. I've made huge improvements since I started less than a year ago. I highly recommend her.
