(January 18, 2021, 12:18 pm)I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Chen and his staff. My wife first encountered Dr. Chen maybe 20 years ago when her father got to the point where he needed medical attention for his feet. Dr. Chen was personable and treated my father-in-law both professionally and with possibly the best bedside manner we've ever experienced. Since then my wife has needed to see him herself and Dr. Chen always greets us both with a smile and seems genuinely glad to see us. Since organizations often take on the personality of their "leader", it is no surprise that the receptionists and nurses in his office have also always be wonderful to us. And just one more comment about Dr. Chen. About 8 years ago, when my wife ended up in the ICU at Chester County Hospital with a very serious thyroid condition, Dr. Chen visited her (even though she was in a coma) and brought her both his concern but also a small gift that she discovered once she came out of the coma. Dr. Chen did this for my wife even though, at the time, she was not his patient. Bottom line: we love Dr. Chen and Bryn Mawr Foot and Ankle! They're just good people!
