  I am singing Christine's praises!!
  
  My family decided to buy a 2nd home with no real first-hand knowledge of the Poconos! (we only know it from absolutely loving the drive through the area when we are heading to family in the Finger Lakes). I knew I wanted a family-friendly community-like neighborhood with access to lakes and basic amenities. We spent hours with Christine, each weekend, for at least 4 weekends. She was extremely patient with us - getting to know my family's quirks and must-haves (and have nots) very quickly. Christine was also a tremendous resource when it came to home prices and what was reasonable versus over-priced etc. for the area (knowing comps and price per square foot - and being able to immediately let us know if the asking price made sense versus whether we would have room for negotiation).
  
  Fast forward to finding "the one". Took our breath away as soon as we pulled into the driveway. Time to make an offer!!
  
  How could we have even gone through the stressful and exhaustive contract process without Christine? Not sure... Inspection? Christine's recommendation did a thorough and amazing job. Crawlspace contractor? Fireplace specialist? Christine had our back - making calls on our behalf, getting quotes and passing them onto our lender. She would think of things that needed to happen (over our heads), and get it done. That simple.
  
  Our Poconos Negotiation Queen!! Because of her dedication and focus on the end game, we were able to negotiate the price and not lose our minds in the process. Christine also would call just to check on me (sanity check - LOL!!!!!).
  
  I can't thank Christine enough. She was incredible to work with - beginning to end - and I wouldn't buy another home in her area without her.

  If your are even in the market to purchase a house or land, Christine Griffin should be your go to person. In a highly competitive field, Christine is a true professional. She was always responsive to our calls and had prompt answers to our many questions. She handled our entire purchase from our initial offer to our closing. Christine went above and beyond on the services that she helped us with.
  I would highly recommend her.

  Christine was great. We had a pretty uncompetitive offer in a very competitive market. She worked with us diligently to find a good home. We were pressed for time and she got things done very quickly. I was constantly throwing new ideas her way and she was very considerate. I definitely recommend Christine!

  Christine worked closely with us to help us narrow down what we truly wanted out of a new home. She really understood what we wanted and needed better than we did. She was patient and helpful even when we had her driving to all kinds of places. She was on top of everything and ensured that everything went well. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a home or looking to sell.
