  I was experiencing a very difficult time in my life . The staff for the most part was excellent pt, the best!! Especially Tina and Michelle. The cna’s for the most part were good, sometimes they took a long time answering the call bell. Great care given by night staff (can’t remember their names. Food was pretty good. Would recommend this facility

  The Gutierrez family is grateful for the loving care shown to our father during the last 3 months of his life. Healthcare providers treat residents as family. Chestnut Hill Admin staff, RNs, CNAs, SWs, Secretaries and even the Maintenance staff treated my father with dignity, respect and love. They were attentive to his individual needs and the family's needs until the end. We recommend this facility for the Rehab and Hospice care of your loved ones.

  Our family member Tim was recently in the rehab unit at Chestnut Hill of E.Longmeadow. We had an exceptionally positive experience with all of the staff at Chestnut Hill, most especially Malik Ali and his team who welcomed us in and took care of our family every step of the way. The surroundings inside and out were kept very clean, and the courtyard is a peaceful place to visit together. They arrange for transportation, OT/PT/Speech services, and helped us through the process. Not many places have a guest service manager like Malik Ali- he is outstanding and every nursing facility should have a Malik! We highly recommend Chestnut Hill to any family who needs exceptional care and service.
