Absolutely amazing office! I'm very surprised by the few negative reviews on here. These people are very likely the exception and not the rule. Front desk staff is ALWAYS very helpful and polite with the exception of the small woman with orange hair who can sometimes be condescending and just a bit odd. The rest of them go above and beyond to help people. The clinical staff is great too especially Debbie and Jennifer and there is a newer girl there too that is very nice, I believe her name is Dawn. I was there recently and a gentleman came in with his hand wrapped up and appeared to be in distress. It took quite some time and this small very frumpy woman came out looking very disheveled and didnt actually appear to know what she was doing. I left before he got completely squared away so I'm not sure what came of it but that woman isnt so great.
Overall though, this office will get 5 stars from me every single time. There has been many changes there over the years and it is nice to see the same people for the most part. Kudos to all of them!!
This office is amazing! Always go the extra mile and friendliest staff around. They know you by name and always greet you with a smile. They make you feel like a friend and make the doctors office an enjoyable place to go. Clinical staff is always helpful and obviously care about patients. The non clinical staff are wonderful also. Most of them have been there for a while and its nice to have that familiar face when you walk in to a sometimes scary place. (nobody likes going to the doctors right?!) As far as the other negative reviews go, it really is unfortunate. This is a wonderful facility and I say that as my whole family are patients here. Please don't choose not to go here because someone had one bad experience and felt it necessary to slam the whole office. They really are great and it would be nice if more places model this office. There will always be one off's since it is impossible to please everyone.
