This is the most comfortable and convenient, safe, clean spot you're gonna find in Seaside Park. I've been coming here for over 35 years. And never, ever once been disappointed in anything. Been the same family owners since it was built.
Did I safe and clean? Free beach pass with a deposit GREAT pool and best of all about 200 feet from the beach and 800 ft from the famous seaside park boardwalk. -

(July 13, 2023, 9:28 am)If you wish to stay in Seaside , this is a great choice. The room was cleaned promptly every day. The location is excellent and the staff was very friendly. Coffee in the morning was great and the bagels were actually very good. Really had a great time and would most definitely stay again. Thank you Charlroy

(June 23, 2023, 1:00 am)Family owned, quaint seaside motel! Looks very sturdy and structurally sound. Pool area was nice despite rain and cooler average temperatures. Rooms are updated and very clean, comfortable, within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk!

You can consider me a “frequent flyer “ at this place! If ever find an issue in the room , let them know, they take care of it quickly! If you don’t say anything about it they may not be aware of it!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

BEST MOTEL ON THE BEACH!!!!
My boyfriend and I just stayed at the Charlroy Motel and we had a wonderful time! Upon arriving, Dianne (who was working the front desk at the time) welcomed us to the motel with open arms and gave us very HELPFUL and HONEST information on where to explore the beach and go out to dinner. The rooms were SPECTACULAR and VERY CLEAN! The decor was very charming and beach-like which was very wonderful to wake up to. Bagels and coffee were available in the lobby which was very nice to enjoy! We felt VERY SAFE at the motel knowing that there are cameras EVERYWHERE and that Dianne and the owner walked around the motel here and there to make sure everything was clean and safe. I felt VERY COMFORTABLE sleeping at night knowing that the motel was protected. The motel is at a GREAT LOCATION! My boyfriend and I LOVED that the motel was only a few minutes away from the boardwalk. We really did not have to use our car since everything was walking distance away. Thank you to Dianne and the owner for a wonderful trip! We most definitely will be back! See you again soon!
