  Truly a great time and wonderful family run rental agency. Very good at making sure you are taken care of thru out your time. Get beach passes a parking pass all you need not to drain your wallet as well as truly fair pricing for your rental. Rental is updated and fresh, def some of the better rentals I've come across and had :)

  I had the chance to stay for a week at one of Tom's houses. We were two families of four nad we've had a great time. First of all, the house was big enough (4 bedrooms), and very clean. The backyard was perfect for a family dinner or a drink at night while enjoying the starry view! Tom is such a friendly guy. He made sure we were settled in right and came by every so often to make sure everything was good. Location is great: we could easily walk to the boardwalk. There's a big ACME supermarket, with a liquor store and a pharmacy about 8 minutes aways and you can go crabbing about 10 minutes aways! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet too...

  Tom has made great additions to the backyard, including a deck which is really nice. He also changed all BBQs for newer ones.
  
  I wanted to chime in on another person's review: Tom is a real gentleman. Never once have my wife, my friend's wife or any of our teenage daughters felt otherwise. Tome is an upstanding person, and I think it's wrong and cruel of some self-entitled mother of a kid with obviously no respect for other persons' property to make false accusations. If my kid had broken things at a rental place, I'd show up with some plaster and a bucket of paint and make sure they repair what they did.
