  Karina has a gift of being able to assist us through various holistic approaches, including breathwork and discussions of mindset, so that we may achieve our best self.   Karina is a knowledgeable coach. She is easily reached on many levels. She has a depth of education that is obvious, but she makes it accessible and easy to learn! I loved both our movement training and the education piece about the pillars of health. Karina embodies the balance needed in strength training and the “why” that goes with it!
