(October 10, 2022, 7:19 am)Super well maintained, diverse so you get a little bit of wetland, forrest, and meadow on the trail. Easy to walk at all parts, no obstacles or hazardous areas.

My childhood friends father, Charles Yeager, rented the house and property for years and years.
We would come down from Phoenixville to help him plant and pick his crops. For lunch we would all go to Valley Tavern. No idea what it's named today. The food was awesome. Especially being a preteen/ teenager, famished from a hard working morning. Lol
We would fish Valley Creek and catch Natural Trout, easily discerned from the red front fins. We also had a rope swing.
Charles had 2 Horses at one point. Learning to ride them all over the property was an incredible feeling. Climbing trees, OLD trees was fun also.
Anyway, I could write a book about this, so let me say, that I'm happy others are enjoying the land as we did. LL -
