(March 30, 2023, 7:11 pm)Never get out to Farmington. I needed a quick lunch, but not a chain. An app suggested Carol's Lunchbox. I'm so glad I stopped. It's an adorable lunch stand that focuses on hotdogs, but they have other tasty things. It was a chilly day, and they had a lot of people getting lunch. The owner greeted me when I got out of the car. She was so friendly. I ordered the best hot dog and the delicious homemade coleslaw. I'm definitely going to plan a road trip back. If you're out that way, want tasty food at a great price, and like to support local, stop here!

Short wait time, very friendly staff, and delicious options, something for everyone. Kielbasa? Spicy weiner? Bratwurst perhaps? Get with chili or onions, maybe some cheese. Whether you're walking by or driving in, come say hello to Carol and her famous lunchbox!
