  CarHavn provides expert car care for my MINI that I also purchased from CarHavn. First, the purchase experience was excellent - fairly priced, excellent condition. Second, the service has been excellent. The technicians are expert and deliver top quality service. I won’t take my car anywhere else for service and I won’t buy my next MINI anywhere else. I recommend CarHavn to anyone looking for a great euro auto with expert service that stands behind every vehicle.

  Ramiro and his staff was able to take care of my B8.5 S4’s wheel bearings and brakes at a reasonable price and very fast. I have worked with them multiple times for our Mini cooper and M3 and they always had excellent quality work.

  My 2013 Audi Q5 needed a timing chain replacement, and Audi of Fairfield demanded an exorbitant amount to do the job, As a pervious customer, I asked Ramiro for a quote, and not only was he knowledgeable about the repair (seems like this happens a lot) but was able to explain how they go above and beyond and also replace additional parts that the dealer does not. The job was done at their new location in New Branford, which is closer to me than the New Haven one. The work was done for less than the dealer wanted, with more parts replaced, correctly, in a timely fashion, and I got a courtesy car while the work was done. They even texted me pictures of the repair. I was able to pay authorize and pay online Highly recommend these guys.

  I had to have my engine replaced. The staff at CarHavn were friendly and knowledgeable. For such a big job, it was a quick turn around and I got the car back in just a few days. The price was beyond reasonable. The engine runs great!!! I’m very happy with the service and definitely recommend them.

  My Audi has been serviced here for several major repairs: 1. replacement of timing chain and other related repairs and 2. A/C compressor replacement. Both were done with great care, timely and with good communication from the team. Plus a good price for the work. Highly recommend.
