  We had such a great experience at Car Zone! Bruce our sales guy was great! Super helpful and very easy to work with. They actually had a few cars we were deciding between - nice selection. We ended up with a Mercedes E Class and could not be happier. Such a nice car and at a very reasonable price. Car Zone will be the first place I look when I’m in the market for my next vehicle. Highly recommend!

  I would like to give my thanks to Carzone and Bruce, He has been very professional and patient with me. I never had an issue with this place, even after having me or my family buying multiple cars from them. In short, I recommend coming to this dealer, they’re reliable for sure!

  My review for Carzone Auto group consists of professionalism, comfort, vehicle quality and customer service.
  
  Professionalism: I contacted Carzone about the Bmw 550i with the M sport/Appearance package. The representative that I spoke to was John. He was patient and answered all my questions and did advise me that they to have plenty of other vehicles that fit for what I’m looking for and scheduled my appointment for me and I was attended right away as soon as I arrived. It was even a pleasure meeting and talking to John in person. He went over all the luxury cars with me and the financing Gave me a great deal where I was approved up to $30k. Performance A+.
  
  Comfort: Very relaxing and no pressure whatsoever. They offered me a hot coffee and a bottle of cold water, also bought me a lunch. Which was very courteous of them. Performance A+.
  
  Vehicle Quality: I did originally came in for a BMW 550i with the ///M package. However, John got this vehicle in early morning and it was getting detailed and showed me that as well before we went inside to finalize a deal. Must I say, it was a beautiful Audi S7. I am not a Audi fan, but something told me to look into it and take it out for a drive and it was breath taking just like the BMWs on his lot. But this one had a whole different feel in performance and comfort. And surprisingly it’s the one I ended buying at the end. It was kept in great shape and overall it took me by surprise. Even if this one wasn’t there I fell in love with the Bmw 550i that I drove so it was a real tough decision. Honestly what made it tough was that all there cars I looked at started up, they were inspected and clean. So they have a great variety and even if you came in for just a specific car, they have options which is great!
  Performance A+.
  
  Customer Service: absolutely hands down, by far out of me shopping for cars my whole life. I did not have my expectations to be this astonishing. I was taken away by it. Clean facility and the rest of the staff members were so welcoming and open. Carzone auto group overall performance A++++. You will be on my go to place for a long time. I will also recommend my workers at my business, family and friends to them as well. A business that strives and goes above and beyond is a business that’s well established.
