It was my first time there and I was late because I got lost but they still seen me and it was fast. Dr grant was very nice. Will be going back for sure.
My experience at this facility.
Respectful staffing
Never waited more than 5 minutes.
Clean facility
The most important a Dr that really listens, cares for the patients, treats me with dignity and smooths my fears.
Thank you Dr Stephanie Schwartz- Kravatz , you were a God sent to me.
Upon my first visit, Dr Stephanie Schwartz-Kravatz, MD did not question my choice to be sterilized, she only gave me a quick warning that I might experience regret later on. I thanked her and she made a consultation appointment for the surgery. As well, the pap smear was pain-free and she made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. 10/10. Also, the receptionist was a sweetie and doing her best to keep her lovely attitude. Overall I had a wonderful experience.
So I read the reviews and I myself was hesitant about going here. But everyone's experience is different. So here's Mines .
New patient status:
Everyone was nice and friendly. My appointment was at 8:30 and I was in and out by 9am. The growns was fancy. Wasn't what I expected. Normally they are paper gowns. My visit was a normal GYN appointment. Just overall a welcoming experience. I plan to visit in the future if needed.😊
The only downside is you don't get bloodwork done here. But that's not that bad. You can always go to Labcorp or Quest!
