More than helpful. They go OUT of their way to help. I'm grateful. I can't say enough about them ....I love them. I'm stronger mentally and physically.
Great one on one care with a personal touch. Rob is wonderful and I would highly recommend this facility. You don't feel rushed or ignored like some of the larger facilities that leave you on your own and make you wait. Also the ease of scheduling made it so convenient and less stressful.
My mom has been treated for her shoulder and has had great results with Alex. She needs shoulder replacement, but has Alzheimer’s and not really a candidate. I worried about how she would improve from chronic pain and have independence to dress herself. She saw Alex twice a week for about 5 months and we have seen great results. He was always very in tune to what worked well and would tweak to get the best results. She had seen other therapists (ar different therapy chains) for the same issue in the past, but hadn’t had pain relief. I am very grateful to having found someone with such great bedside manner, patience, and knowledge to help my mom. It’s been life changing for her and for me as her caretaker. She has now started therapy for her knee and I’m hoping we can get similar improvements and pain relief as her shoulder.
Rob has also been part of my mom’s treatment. He has provided very insightful and valuable recommendations based on his extensive experience. His advice has helped my family make the best educated decisions in my mother’s treatment.
We are very thankful to the entire Novacare team for making a difference in my mother’s daily life.
I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my initial phone call, so that my physical therapy would not be put off for weeks. I have had Alex, Bob, and Brenda work with me at each of my 3 sessions, and I'm learning how to help myself at home between appointments. The Bordentown facility is never crowded, and great care is taken to keep surfaces sanitized. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I am grateful to have found NovaCare Rehabilitation, and I anticipate good results.
Due to life circumstances I have had physical therapy off and on for the last five years. Recently I had a hip replacement. The social worker recommended Novacare for home therapy. That’s how I met Alex Fomalow. I found him to be caring and innovative. Not only that but he was very observant and mindful of my needs.
Once I was able I transitioned to his clinic. This is definitely the best outpatient therapy that I have experienced.
