Veena the sales rep/designer spent a lot of time with me explaining the different options that would be ideal for my bathroom. She was wonderful. Veena and John the manager were very professional all the way through. I would highly recommend Cancos of Smithtown to all my family and friends. Great customer service and large selection of tiles. (April 2, 2021, 6:28 pm)YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER, MORE ACCOMMODATING SUPPLIER! We built a brand-new home, three bathrooms and a large kitchen with lots of tiled surfaces. Neil and John, who run this business, could not have been more accommodating, more helpful or more supportive. They were always there, on time, with ideas, advice and the best quality products. Of all the suppliers and contractors we used (and there were MANY), these folks were the best and always ready to got the extra mile for us.. And it is heartening, in a time of impersonal, big-box stores and online suppliers to find a family run business that really cares about their customers. Thank you for helping us make our home beautiful!

We worked with Neil who is a tremendous asset to your work force. He coordinated tiles with special accents to make my selection just perfect. His expertise coupled with his outgoing personality is worthy of writing this review.

He truly wants you to be beyond satisfied. He brainstorms ideas with you and makes great suggestions. He is such a delight to work with. Neil is fabulous and always there for you. John's patience, design flair, and honest opinions are so amazing. If you need beautiful tile, great service and complete honesty look no further. Love him!
