  Started Yoga classes with Mandy at BurnFitnessStudio. Its amazing experience. She is a sorted yoga teacher and knows very well how to work on your stretches and breathing. Its really a calming experience in her class with lots of variations like chair pose, eagle pose with various levels. Her class is superbly organized and keep up the environment in sync with what she is teaching. Ending with shavasana is amazing. I am continuing classes and will outgrow my learning. Thanks!!!

  I joined specifically for Zumba, so I can't comment on the rest. What a great place!! It's a relatively small space, but they limit participants so space to move is adequate. (I have not had difficulty reserving a spot. Sometimes a wait list, but thus far I have been successful in booking all classes I wanted, even in the busy "let's get back to exercising" month of January.) The people are SUPER friendly! The management and ALL the instructors have high energy, great personalities, and they all seem to genuinely care about each other. The "regular" attendees are really friendly too! I felt very welcomed from Day One.
  Great choreography, great music...pretty easy to follow even for a newcomer like me. Parking at the studio is limited, but nearby side streets have no restrictions and I can always find a nearby spot. No fancy amenities (bring your own towel, water, no changing rooms, no lockers) and M-F daytime classes are unavailable (earliest start is 6:00 PM, I believe) but that's okay for me. The value for money is excellent, and the vibe and love is AMAZING. Highly recommend.

  So like why can’t I give more than 5 stars on here because Burn fitness deserves 10 out of 5!!!! I’ve never been somebody who liked to go to the gym or felt comfortable enough working out in public. Burn fitness studio has definitely been the best decision of my life. Not only is it such an amazing workout, it’s such an amazing way to wind down after a long day. Every single instructor, I mean every single instructor is amazing and literally makes you sweat while you have the best time ever. It’s hard to find a place that not only pushes you to move to also empowers you and that’s what you get at burn fitness! I have always felt so welcomed and greeted with the biggest smiles every time I walk in. It’s so comforting to know that you were walking in to such a judgment free zone. Here’s to many more classes of dancing off the calories!!!

  Had awesome times in Burn Fitness Studio, the place is only small but everything else is upstanding. My favorite class was at 8pm on Tuesdays with Lloyd. He is just the greatest zumba instructor I have ever seen. Always smiling and easy to follow, every song gets your heart pumping and you just feel happy to be there.
