  I have never rented a car with Budget before but I highly recommend them. The customer service was wonderful, everything was clearly explained beforehand. The car was a pleasant surprise , great gas mileage.
  Budget is my new go to car rental agency.!

  Straight forward online process.
  It allowed me to pay in my local currency which was a bonus, no conversion fees. Somewhat reasonable rental prices, with extras that could be added for piece of mind. Place was a bit tricky to find due to a tree blocking the signage out front. Staff was friendly.
  
  It would be convenient if there was a pickup service, due to the location of the place.
  
  In our opinion the car wasn't properly cleaned. Rear view mirror was grimy as was outside of the car and glass. This meant cleaning the glass ourselves to be able to see out the back. The car was nice otherwise.
  
  I used my friends pass for tolls. Finding out if there were any outstanding fees was an absolute nightmare because the website kept saying no account found. Rang up the toll-free customer care number where someone told me I'd have to wait 6 weeks. I find this incredulous! Why 6 weeks?!
  
  All in all not a bad experience, just a few minor things to work on

  Excellent customer service! They're always available to help even if it's last minute booking. If there are any issues with a vehicle, they replace your vehicle with no hassle.

  I usually pick up my cars from PHL airport all the time. This is the first time, I believe I've rented from Budget. However, most of the work was done at the Budget on Roosevelt Blvd in PA. I thought the car was being picked up at the airport only to find out it was 30 minutes away on Roosevelt Blvd. Their would be higher taxes and almost double what I paid to rent at airport. Both Budget locations were more than willing for me to get the vehicle from there locations. I chose to keep it at the Roosevelt Blvd location based on rate booked through Priceline. After two trains and one bus total price $8.75. I made it over to the Roosevelt Drive and was not disappointed. In addition, the female worker at Budget on Roosevelt was phenomenal. She was easy to talk with. Gave me a great upgrade on car. Relieved my concerns. Overall, my experience was incredible because she cared. The icing on the cake was the female worker at Budget on Roosevelt Blvd in PA transferred the car to be dropped off at the airport . My Mothers Day Weekend was great.
