  Prices have gone up but are still cheaper than other rental places . And they always have a great variety of cars . Good perks and free rentals if you rent frequently like I do.

  These guys are amazing! Rental process is super easy and straightforward. We always renting from here and definitely would back next time we need a car!

  Very good customer service from the gentleman who rented me the vehicle, to the women who I returned the vehicle too. Everything was in and out, no long waits, just friendly chat from both workers.

  I rented with Avis when I took a trip to Nashville and was picking up the car at the airport. First issue I had was that they told me over the phone that I could pay with my debit card but then had to pay with my credit card upon check in. Second issue I had was that after checking in the lady told me the keys were in the car and where the car was... it took us forever to find the car rental area in Nashville Airport but when we finally got to our spot... there was no car there! I had to go to guest services which was taking long as well as one person was working. She assigned me a new car that was pretty nice and then we were off to our motel. Returning the car to Knoxville Airport was easy but when I got home they charged me extra money for fuel when we literally stopped at the gas station right down the road from the airport and filled the car to full! So I had to call in and was told I would get a refund this one time because of the fact I had no receipt (my friend paid and trashed it, lesson learned). Regardless, the refund wasn't coming through and had to call in two more times just to get it. Not saying I wouldn't rent from them again but just wanted to share my little dilemmas.

  I love this Avis on the boulevard I’ve been visiting this place and renting cars for the last five or six years always perfect customer service great place to rent from
