(June 8, 2023, 8:19 am)My mother-in-law has been there for nearly 3 weeks doing Rehab. I have visited many nursing homes as a physician and I find Buckingham Valley to be exceptional. The physical plant is typical, but the people are exceptional. From the lovely receptionist to the physical therapists to the administrator, Simcha Werner, everyone just does a great job. Especially notable is the cleanliness. Let's face it, most nursing homes have a lingering odor that arises from soiled linens not being changed and disposed of promptly. I have come to expect, and accept, it. The first thing I noted upon entering Buckingham Valley was the lack of any foul odors!. No one wants to be in a nursing home, but if you must, this is the rare good one.

(May 31, 2023, 10:30 am)As with most nursing homes and any facility there are always ups and downs and it’s hard to please everyone. But I would like to acknowledge Kim Harris in the office who was more than just accommodating , she is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and has the finesse of handling people in an unfamiliar area like the Medicaid Application process. She was more than patient with me in helping me to acquire all the info and paperwork that I needed and her communication through emails and phone conversations were flawless. Having a loved one in any facility can be stressful and in the world we live in today with staffing concerns Buckingham puts there best foot forward and I know they’re giving it there all the best they can. I know my loved one is being cared for.

(May 20, 2023, 1:40 pm)My husband has been in Buckingham Rehab on multiple occasions for rehab, and it has been a wonderful experience each time. The physical therapists are excellent, very caring and knowledgeable. He is most likely going to be a long term inpatient and so far it has been an easy transition working with Melissa, the Admissions Director, and Simcha, the Administrator. I highly recommend Buckingham Valley Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

(May 11, 2023, 11:35 am)Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cant say enough positive things about the social workers, administrators, therapists and nursing staff at this location. My husband is only 34 years old so just the thought of him being at a facility AT ALL was overwhelming to say the least. From the first day he got there until tomorrow ( being the last ) he was treated with care and respect and with the common goal of seeing him successful and safely transferred back to home life. I was always able to reach someone with any questions I had and they made the intake / care & discharge process seamless. This was such a positive experience overall I just had to leave a review!!
Thank you all so much for all of your help during such a hard time for my husband and my family.
