  My physical therapy experience has been excellent. I feel myself getting stronger & on my way to recovery from my bicycle accident where I broke my hip damaged my leg. I am confident that I will a full recovery with BSR. The exercises & advise has been excellent.

  I have been going to BSR for over a year and a half on and off, for a few different surgeries and injuries. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Every patient works with a physical therapist and gets individual attention. My results have been beyond my expectations and better than other physical therapy experiences in the past. Sabrina was my therapist and she is professional, caring and engaging. The entire staff is friendly and considerate. Nothing but accolades and positive things to say about my experience there.

  I highly recommend BSR in Barnegat. A little over a month ago I injured my back at the gym leaving me in agony with sciatica making it difficult to walk, stand , or do much of anything, but thanks to the expertise of Dr. Thomas Michaels and his excellent physical therapy skills I’m now pain free and back to normal. Also Dr. Michaels taught me new and more affective exercises and training methods that will help me from repeating the same injury. Once again, a great big thank you to Dr. Michaels and the friendly staff at BSR in Barnegat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Quality individualized care. Tom spends time with each patient, carefully instructs and supervises. Have been successfully treated over the past 11 years for different injuries. You can be confident you are getting the best in healing and recovery, from caring and knowledgeable professionals

  Tom is Amazing! Before I went there I was in pain 24/7 due to some disc herniations. I was told chiropractic is the only option to feel better by my chiropractor and that I needed to see him more. I wanted to try an alternate approach with physical therapy and Tom not only helped me to feel better, but has taught me how to manage my pain and things to do for myself to relieve pain in my back and build strength. Can’t thank BSR enough!
