  No BS sales, upfront on price. Delivery date was spot on. Install was timely, neat and clean. Good family run business. I really appreciated all aspects of the purchase. The stove looks awesome as well. We have had it about three weeks. It’s is heating our 2800sqft house to 70 degrees easily.

  Bought a wood insert from Larry at Fireworks, the experience was a good one where he told us everything we needed to know about them. We had ordered one with an arched door but ended up with a regular door, reached out to Alex and she took care of the mishap and got us the one we ordered. Alex scheduled the installation, excellent service from her. The install guys were professional and knowledgeable, can't speak about the service because the unit is new but so far so good.
  
  Overall a good experience, would recommend.

  Installed a Lopi Evergreen woodstove insert in a timely manner. They were prompt and courteous. Liked the idea that they are local should assistance be needed down the road. Very nice quality of the insert plus made in USA!

  These guys were referred to me by a manufacturer of a stove that I own. After a very bad experience with the installing contractor, and non performance by an another stove company, I was wary. I spoke directly to Larry and he assured me they were different and did work in other people's homes as they would treat their own. The "other" companies did not. Larry was direct and called me back and answered my questions. So, the guys came today, drop clothes and vacuum in hand. Friendly, guys took time, and seemed interested in the "back story" of my stove. They did more than I expected, it is fixed and now cleaned. They tweaked a few features that were never connected. I didn't ask for it, they just said it should be a certain way and they did it. I was so upset with the past experiences servicing this unit, not any more. They did a great job. There are other fireplace and stove service and sales places. Larry, Anthony and his team bring it together and get the job done.
