  I have been struggling with lower back pain for an extended period, experiencing both intense and moderate levels of discomfort. Whenever my pelvis twisted, the pain would escalate to a point where basic functionality and standing upright became impossible without support. In the midst of the pandemic in May 2020, the pain reached an extreme level, necessitating a call to 911. While chiropractic treatment helped alleviate the pain to a moderate degree, I continued to endure years of living with persistent moderate-level pain that hampered simple activities such as bending, reaching, or even picking up my children.
  
  I explored numerous avenues in search of relief, including various chiropractors, physical therapy, craniosacral therapy, and regular deep tissue massages. Unfortunately, none of these approaches provided the lasting solution I sought.
  
  However, situation changed when my neighbor recommended Jignesh Patel and shared the remarkable benefits they had experienced under his care. Jignesh's approach to assessing my condition diverged from the norm, and he employed his unique methods. To my delight, within a mere eight weeks, I began witnessing astounding results.

  I am a happy client of Jig's! With a fused spine from scoliosis, I need work done on the muscles that pull (despite the surgery). I have tried other PT's but none compare!

  I have been going to Brunswick Spine and Physical Therapy on and off for over a year, being treated for various body-part issues/problems: Lower back, knee, rotator cuff, just to name a few problems.
  Dr. J and his staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional in their treatment protocols. They DO NOT rush through treatments (as other P/T places do). They listen to your complaints and concerns and take the time to answer your questions.
  The staff is professional, friendly, polite and as I said previously, EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
  I HIGHLY recommend Brunswick Spine and Physical Therapy to help you resolve your physical issues.

  Dr.Jignesh is a great Physical Therapist who has helped me in relieving back pain. I recommend his services after having tried over 10 chiropractors and physical therapist in New Jersey. Best part about this place is that the doctor treats you individually and doesn’t rely solely on machines - the way most practices have become. Additionally, the staff here is helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

  Dr. Patel is not only a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist, but also a kind and caring person. He and his staff immediately make you feel at ease and are always available to instruct you.
