I have been going here 4+ years for both my daughters. They are awesome. I would not dream of going anywhere else for my girls.
Our experience: We’ve never had to wait. Dr. Patel is always prompt and on time. Great doctor. The patient always comes first. Simple, direct honesty. The staff is courteous and professional. I cannot believe some reviews saying they are rude! These girls have been around for at least as long as we have, and they are polite, helpful and well spoken.
There aren’t shortcuts to parenting, and you want your child in the hands of a doctor who puts them first. Always.
I rarely write reviews. After looking at the reviews, I have to write this one because I know Dr.Patel and his staff for the last 15 years as my twin boys pediatrician and not a friend, and I can confidently say one of the best Pediatricians for the following reasons.
• PUNCTUALITY and always on time and expects the same(Never have to wait for more than a minute and expects the same from patients, and I don't think its wrong because it's mutual. I did call when I couldn't make it on time.
• Coming to the follow-ups, yes, its definitely a cost burden, but in my boy's case, it helped them to follow up further exams. Every doctor is different. At the end of the day, we want our kids to be healthy.
• Knowledge is immense, and he recommends the best directors around (For my sons, he recommended the best ophthalmologists and ENT specialists)
• Some people may not like the way he speaks because he is a simple man and always want to do the best for the patient.
• Someone wrote something wrong about the staff; that is not fair; those girls are there for the last 10 + years and always smiling, and if you can call and explain the difficulty, they are ready to help you.
• A lot of people don't know; he helps a lot of kids.
• He spent a lot of money and created the best environment as possible
• One last thing I have to tell, in this internet world, we browse for a small thing because we want to take of our kids and question the doctors, but in the end, we have to trust doctor judgment.
Had to leave a review after reading some of these.
I have been going to Dr. Patel for over 14 years and have never had to wait more than 10 mins to be seen.
He is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. As I head off to college this year, I know that the comfort and convenience of Central Jersey Pediatrics is something that I will definitely miss.
