After an extremely thorough assessment of our roof, Mat showed us the areas in need of attention, discussed the superior products they use , the company history, warranty, etc. He listened, and most importantly “heard” every one of our concerns. He gained our trust immediately. We gave an immediate yes and the job was scheduled quickly. Fast forward to install. Bill is an amazing project manager and his crew is top notch. Roof was stripped, new plywood installed where needed, chimneys flashed and complete in one day. We have a small property with a lot of landscaping. Not one branch or flower was broken or disturbed. The yard was left spotless.
We both sell quality in our lines of business and understand price is not value. It’s not often when your expectations are exceeded. We are so thrilled. Wow.. just wow..

(July 17, 2023, 12:38 pm)Excellent experience started with Mat who gave me honest answers about what the job would require, even if it wouldn't jack up the bottom line. When the start of the job was delayed by rain, Project Manager Bill stepped up and worked me into the schedule and made sure his team had everything they needed to knock this one out of the park QUICKLY, allocating his guys between jobs to make it work. From start to finish, this is a top notch professional team, and my hat's off to Diego and his crew, who worked through some very hot and humid weather, providing a product which I know will hold up when roofs made with less TLC fail!

(May 19, 2023, 2:46 pm)From start to finish, Brown roofing did exactly what they stated that they would. On the day of install, they were quick and efficient. The onsite supervisor, Bill, kept me in the loop on the progress that was being mad, immediately addressed anything that needed to be o.k'ed by myself and sent time at the end going over the work and flew a drone over the entire roof so that we could see how everything was done.
I found them to be professional, communicative and extremely clean. The crew took their time going over every inch of the property making several passes with magnets, looking for any stray nails.
I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing to do a roof replacement. -

(May 16, 2023, 12:59 pm)I found Brown roofing when I saw their bus advertisement. It was the best decision I made when I gave them a call. From Jenny in the office to Mat the sales manager. Mat came to the home and was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. My issue was water coming in through my chimney. We made a plan to remove the flashing and have that replaced. Also took off the shingles on both slopes to inspect the plywood. Was going to go for copper flashing but was suggested by the project manager Bill to switch to lead . The lead would be more pliable around the stone. That saved me a few hundred dollars. The day of the repair Bill was their overlooking the project. He too was informative and showed me how their work is different from others. Simply put this is a great roofing company that know what they are talking about. Great price, quality materials and superior installation.

(January 17, 2023, 4:49 pm)This company does an amazing job & they care about your property! I had a great feeling about this company after Abdul came to the house to give me an estimate. He definitely gave me piece of mind & he is extremely knowledgeable (as did/is Carlos-Job Coordinator). The crew at my house (Carlos's crew) were very professional & quick! New roof installation & 4 new skylights took 9 hours including clean up. I highly recommend this company!
