(March 31, 2020, 11:19 am)The quality of work was good: plumbers were courteous and agreed to use booties when asked. However, the cost for the Moen Cartridge was highly inflated: $46 at Lowe’s, they charged me $75. I don’t agree with paying an hourly rate PLUS an increased cost on parts. Additionally, they charge 4% for use of a credit card. That’s the cost of doing business and should not be the responsibility of the customer. I was ok with $150/hr rate, but the additional $29 for the cost AND a charge to use my card seems ridiculous. Finally, I didn’t receive an itemized receipt; the receipt simply lists the total cost.
