(May 22, 2022, 11:42 pm)Bill serviced my parents’ Yamaha console piano that had been untouched for the past 20 years. Yamaha consoles are finicky instruments under the best circumstances but this instrument had pretty much gone fallow over the last two decades. Bill diligently diagnosed, regulated, tuned and repaired this instrument so that it is now completely playable and sounds as bright and robust as you would expect of a Yamaha. I’m beyond pleased with his work. Bill’s fees were more than reasonable considering the hours and care he put into the job. This piano is now ready to be played by my talented and pitch sensitive child! Very grateful to Bill for a superb job.

(November 7, 2016, 6:29 pm)Bill definitely cares about pianos and it shows in his work. We were given an older piano and it was quite out of tune and needed other corrections as well. He took an extraordinary amount of time to address every issue and keep us informed of what was happening and what to expect going forward. His fees were extremely reasonable and we would recommend him highly.
