    I had gone to toms River the day before, and had a very poor experience. The Jackson office is run professionally and timely. Perhaps they can send people over to teach toms River how to run a professional office.

    It’s a shame that all of the negative reviews on here will be seen by prospective patients when they’re all from when the old staff was working there.
    The front desk/reception staff were so friendly & kind, and above all helpful. Even when I got lost (CVS minute clinic wouldn’t take my insurance and instead sent me to the wrong address for here), the receptionist didn’t mind that I called back twice for directions.
    When I arrived it was such a light and friendly atmosphere.
    When I went back I saw a nurse right away and she was also very pleqeqnr. The doctor was helpful and timely and answered any questions that I had. All of the staff even wished me a “feel better” as I walked out.

    10/10 would recommend.

    I am so grateful for the staff last night at the Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care. (Date of service: Thursday, January 13th at night). I had an urgent health concern that came upon me suddenly and I headed to this urgent care. It was nearly closing time (like less than 5 minutes to close) and yet they took me in and treated me. The staff was so friendly and kind after a long day at the office with patients. They were not short, frustrated, or annoyed, but were so kind and genuinely wanted to get me help.

    The doctor there was great also. Even though it was after hours (at that point), he took the time to examine me and to clearly and slowly explain what was going on. He did not rush me out but took the time to answer my questions.

    From a facility standpoint, the building and offices were very clean. I would feel very comfortable going back again.

    Very, very grateful for the staff at Hackensack Meridian Urgent Jack in Jackson!
