I would like to go on record to declare that Rachel Suarez is a joke and a liar! First of all, Ms. Suarez did not even attend the trip! Bright Days does not charge its customers a "bunch of money". As a matter of fact Bright Days prices are the same or lower than other vacation companies who offer similar services. Bright Days uses 15 passenger vans with plenty of room, and offers a variety of activities and fun things to do while on the trip. The hotel rooms are fantastic but customers are not left in their rooms all day and every day during the trip, that accusation is simply ridiculous! The trip that this individual attended was chock full of daily activities: shopping, swimming, arcade games, live music and dancing, and plenty of great and satisfying meals.
This individual did not get lunch because she was picked up after lunch was over, and the van ride was 3 hrs not 6 hours as MS. Suarez claims!
While at the resort everyone who attended the trip enjoyed 3 course dinners and a hearty brunch consisting of eggs to order, hash browns, pancakes, toast, cereal,fresh fruit, and on and on!
The individual that Ms. Suarez is referring to also showered on the day she was picked up for the trip which was Monday, and showered again the day before she left which was Wednesday.
Lastly, while on the trip Ms. Suarez harassed the individual with constant phone calls, feeding her negative thoughts and trying to convince her that she wasn't having fun! When in fact the individual informed all the staff on the trip that she had an absolute blast!
So in conclusion, do not listen to this lying trouble maker with the inverted pentagram tattooed on her chest! She did not attend the trip and has no idea what she is talking about!
