(November 20, 2021, 8:22 pm)Brielle Furniture was top notch in all aspects. To start, we worked with Grace, the woman knows her stuff. She was so helpful, patient, kind and excited to help us. Brielle furniture allows you to make custom furniture fit to your lifestyle and your space. We were able to pick the fabric of the couch, down to each and every pillow fabric.
Delivery was excellent. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture knew their stuff as well. They already had pieces of cloth on the bottoms of the couch so it did not scratch the floors. They were efficient and helped set up payment immediately afterward. They were amazing!
The couch once received was also to die for, amazing quality, everything we could've imagined and more. Which can be difficult when actually picking your own fabrics. Thank you Grace for leading us in the right direction!
We also ordered this couch during a time where everything is much more delayed. We received the couch in the time they estimated and they even called us with updates every few months.
