  Stopped by with an odd clock I had to see if it was something he could repair. He checked it out, made a few tweaks and got it going in minutes! Refuses to accept any money for his trouble. I was thoroughly impressed here. Thank you and I highly recommend this shop!!

  Great job by Bill fixing my clock which had broken a cable. I brought him another clock and he did the necessary maintenance that is required periodically to keep it working trouble free . I am very happy and satisfied with his work, his ability to fix things quickly and correctly and his fabulous personality that makes going to him for any clock issues enjoyable. Thank you Bill for keeping both of my grandfather clocks up and running like.. well...like clockwork. Your the best.

  Wonderful shop. I just brought in an antique french mantle clock that had been in my family for generations. It wasn't working and rather than fool with it myself I brought it up to the Avon Clock Shop. As I stood at the counter the owner worked with it, explained what he was doing, got it ticking again and spoke to me at length about how to care for it and especially how to transport it back home. They are very difficult to move as their mechanics are touchy. I wonder if they ALL weigh a ton and that is a strategy to discourage people from moving them. He didn't charge a cent and carried it to my car for me. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely have them work on other clocks in our family.
