  The room was very clean & smelled good. The air conditioner & refrigerator were very cold. Everything is in good condition; even the microwave was spotless. The owners are nice & it's only 13 minutes from the boardwalk/beach. It was quiet & we were given beach tags for our stay. The room was a little small, but it was perfect for me & my boyfriend. The cable tv has a thousand channels. They also have a small continental breakfast. There's nearby restaurants, CVS, Urgent Care, Shop-Rite, Wawa gas, etc. The entrance can be a little tricky to enter, but there is a traffic light to get out & turn. I would recommend this motel.

  Great location, Friendly staff, Amazing price!
  This is definitely one of my favorite places I have stayed. It is very close to ocean city, only a 5 min drive. The room was very clean when I checked in. Cant beat the price! The room isn’t huge but it definitely works great for two people. Will be coming back!

  I have to say, this little motel is exactly what I was looking for to stay with my daughter. Rooms were very clean, smelled great, refrigerator and microwave included. I would not hesitate to come back again. In the mornings they provide a kuerig, small danishes, fruit and orange juice.
  Great location, close to OCNJ Beach and boardwalk. GPS said 20 minutes drive but it was really only about 10 mins. Made a right out of motel on Main road and followed that across bridge.
  I highly suggest this motel to anyone looking to stay off the beaten path and not directly in town.

  We loved this little place. It was a wonderful, quiet little stay. It was close enough to all the spots we wanted to visit and not a far drive from Atlantic City, Ocean City, and Cape May. Has a little fridge which we found super helpful too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great little Motel right off the parkway. Perfect for a stay for the night or weekend. Not far from the beach and local dining , dunkin donuts and restaurants in the area. The owner was very accommodating to us for a last minute room booking. Clean rooms and they smell fantastic. Stocked with all motel necessities and large bath towels. Would definitely go back.
