Service was smooth and easy! The parking lot to drop off your car is next door to Prime Storage - it’s a narrow driveway to the back of the parking lot. You could miss it at night.
Pick up from the shuttle service is 24 hours and very fast. We were asked to meet at Terminal C, exit doors 14. It’s a short walk to the pickup for the MTA. You’ll meet your driver there. I would call after you’ve picked up your luggage so you can time it right.
I’ve seen some other reviews about the dangers of parking here -due to next door but never had any issues.
The folks that operate this service are very kind, helpful and professional staff. When customers are prepared, the process is very streamlined. Have your reservation information ready and your cellphone accessible. It is good to know the duration of the parking space that you will need. With flights being delayed or cancelled, give yourself an extra hour or two for the car spot when picking up your vehicle in the event you need to have them keep your vehicle and have their contact information handy so that you can contact them should you need to adjust your reservation. The shuttle driver is very helpful and will load your luggage for you and drive you to the airport terminal. When you return to LGA make sure that your phone is charged so that you can have your QR code for the pickup shuttle and to process the vehicle retrieval. If you are prepared, the process is a breeze.
