(October 4, 2022, 9:02 pm)Not good enough for a large soccer practice, but solid baseball field, decent playground for the age group I coach. No actual parking lot can be a bit annoying, but there is enough space. The location is a little off the main roads, but dealing with no traffic is a plus, unlike a larger public park.

- Gated playground with 2 entrances to protect running kids.
- Dedicated parking
Cons:
- Narrow residential streets
- No kids during day time. Can be a bit creepy as it is very quiet and distant.
