  I take my 5 yr old here, and they always do a great job! He looks fresh every time. I highly recommend any of the people that work there. They are each talented.

  Heyyy YaLL... I Grew up in Pleasant Valley Lake, in Vernon aKa P.V.L lolol BuT I am from Upper Passaic County... Anyway, what I'm tryna Say is and was, that Once I left for the U.S Military, that began my journey, traveling and living different places, from RTC Great lakes ( U.S Navy Base, Chicago, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and New York to name some... So I've Been around... I am VERY Particular about my hair... EVEN IFFF it's a Tight fade, High and Tight lololol I am STILL Veryyy picky... Due to Always being under the Microscope, so to speak lololol IVe even taken the clippers from Past Barbers & DoinG and Did my own Shape Ups in the front... Of course with their permission... BUTTT this place Blades, here in Vernon, NJ is the ShiZZZ-NiTTzzz . . . My Barber was Carly... I hope I spelled it darling, if this makes it to yall lololol I was unfortunately LATE as Hell, Sadly, cuz the Navy got me CRAZY O.C.D with being on time. And years later, OLD Habits are Very hard to break lololol BuT I called ahead and they were very cool about it.... But Carly is Nothing Short Or Shy of just Amazing... She asked me throughout my Cut if I wanted any changes oR tweaks, since I explained how picky I was about my Cuts. She was VERY THOROUGH, Patient and a TRUE Pleasure to be around... This time, with Her and Blades barbershop, I didn't have to take Her Clippers from her and do my own shape up in the front lololol SHE & HER SKILLS ARE & WERE ON POINT !!!!! LEGIT !!!!! I Literally just met her today as it was my FIRST time ever, going there & within 20 minutes, I felt like I've known her a lifetime... That says that they're good people to me .... AGAAAIN, YALLL, I wouldn't and won't stick my neck out or my reputation for anyOne, UNLESS I feel as though it's worth it & Legit.... Take my word for it and take a chance .... Yall won't regret it, I'm telling ya.... Carly, again, GREAT WORK & ILL be seeing ya again NEXT Month when I'm back up North in Jersey... It was Truly a pleasure meeting you girlfriend lololALso, id like to add as well, that Freddy, is ALSO an amazing Dude.... He and Her make you feel very comfortable and welcoming there, which is also Hard for me as well Due to my p.t.s.d... Yall are amazing folks... ONLY thing I'd suggest to all you future customers, is to GET yaselves Online to their Website and BooK WELLLLLL in Advance becuz they're always filled up and booked....   Been using Bladez for more than a year now . Have used Freddy and Karly . Great cuts from both ! Highly recommend Bladez !

  Moved to Vernon 18months ago and found Bladez and Freddy is awesome. Went to Karly for the first time in August needing first available. She took all the time to do my hair exactly how I wanted. Fast forward to 12/1 since the last time I was there. Kayla sat me down and gave me a perfect cut like I was there last week. She can add Landscaper to her resume because my hair was so long. Freddy runs an awesome shop and hires the finest barbers. You won’t be disappointed.
