  Small things about me : I’ve done enough nutrition and exercise program in my life to know a gem when I see one. I work a high stress job, travel for work and manage a large team in multiple countries. Amongst all this Fitness is a lifestyle for me.. I am 44 years old.
  I’ve known Birgit as an awesome Pilates instructor for some time . When I learned about her holistic nutritional approach it sounded like the one !
  She uses the scientific methods of iridology which was surprisingly accurate ( I didn’t know much on iridiogy and had looked it up before meeting her) .
  Her nutrition style is meant to get you to your best self .. she targets every major function of your body , while keeping in mind your work- stress , body type, taste type and every week in that duration I could feel how “ bright” that holistic nutrition approach made me.
  It worked on my nervous system , stress hormones , female glandular systems, circulatory systems and on top I lost almost 10 lbs . My skin is the best it had ever been I have received countless compliments on the same . My approach towards any stressful situation have changed drastically, I am calm and composed when I follow her method .
  I can write another 1000 words easy .. but you have to experience it to believe it. I highly recommend Birgit’s holistic wellness method . She is supportive, understanding, very knowledgeable and can make routines fun ! Very approachable person , humble but strong !

  Supportive, caring, professional, experienced, and amazing are just a few words that I would use to describe Birgit! I tried for 20 years to lose weight and I was unsuccessful, until I met her. She helped me to lost 55 lbs. in 9 months. As she counseled me, she explained that I was eating completely wrong for my body. She tailored a diet program for me, and it was very effective. She was so supportive during my transformation and guided me not only with the physical but also on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level as well. I am forever grateful for her counsel. I have and would recommend to anyone to visit her. I have total confidence in her abilities.

  Dr. Birgit used her lunch break to squeeze me in because I was just released from the ER. She read me like a book with her expert skills after taking a picture of my eyes. Not only my current health but my families.
  17 Speaking engagements as a Life/ Love Coach in Feb plus clients and Business Coach Clients my body Had enough.
  After 6 weeks with Dr. Birgit,, she detoxed me from sugar, gluten, dairy and meat. I have energy, clarity and can actually read a book with true concentration and not just use audible. I lost 10 LBS and save that because I thought that was most important but it’s not. It’s quality of life. I am more present & patience with my self & my 11 year old. WAY Less mood swings & irritability. And I did NOT have insomnia. I simply was eating too late and my body could not rest according to Dr. Birgit. She was correct. I now stop eating 2 hours before bed & sleep with my cell out of reach. I am up to 5 hours straight and when I wake I listen to a mediation she gave me to go back to sleep. I will forever be grateful to Dr Birgit. Thank you

  I chose Birgitcare due to experiencing sporadic symptoms of gastroparesis since 2011. When doctor prescriptions were only the short-term fix, I chose Birgitcare hoping to get a long-term fix and it has been working so far! She educated me on WHY and HOW I was experiencing these symptoms and it was the wake-up-call I needed. It took work on my end but she catered to my dietary needs which kept me motivated under her care. Her care is very different from my previous nutritionists due to the personal needs and education she offered. I started with Birgitcare in May 2020 and I could not be any happier. I wish I started a lot sooner. I HIGHLY recommend her care!
