(August 11, 2023, 5:19 pm)Great gym with an even nicer staff! I was in town visiting and completed Bionic's online questionnaire. Within minutes, Chris, the owner, gave me a call and graciously offered an invitation to that evening's workout. Coach Vanessa led the workout and everyone in the class was incredibly welcoming and engaging. I will definitely be back next time I am in town, and would HIGHLY recommend anyone local that is interested in fitness, crossfit, health & wellness, etc. to join Bionic!

This gym has helped me physically get stronger and mentally get healthier, and The coaches are very supportive and honest and really just want the best for everyone.

They have exceptional programming, supportive coaching and a really friendly community! If you are new to Crossfit or just looking for a new box you definitely want to come check Bionic out!

(June 1, 2023, 10:41 am)My wife and I have been going to Bionic since 2020 and have been going ever since. We always wanted to try out CrossFit so this was our first pick and loved the gym from the initial foundations session to the consistent feedback and coaching we get.
Bionic has helped my wife stay mobile through her first pregnancy (our first day was literally the day we found out we were expecting) and for myself, I've never seen progress in the gym like this ever in my life. In the last two years, I've made massive gains in strength and speed by simply going 3-4 days a week. My goals were simply this and I was provided a roadmap which was as simple as "just show up."
The coaches are extremely helpful and welcoming and the workouts are extremely practical and adjustable to everyones skill level. Whether you are looking for a drop in or looking to start, I can't recommend this place anymore than I have already.
