Athletes warm-up together with direction from the coaches and WOD movements demonstrated to prevent confusion. Movements are modifiable and explained to optimize your time and fitness. It is obvious the coaches care about you and their community! I highly recommend this gym over other crossfit gyms in the area.

Hayley and Kevin are such kind people who were so welcoming and knowledgeable, as was every member! Their passion for the sport is evident from the moment you meet them. (June 7, 2023, 7:13 pm)CrossFit Topside is a great gym. The workouts are creative and thoughtfully designed to provide the best stimulus. The coaches, Kevin and Hayley are very kind and knowledgeable. They are experts at tailoring a workout to an individual's needs.There is a very supportive community here with new and experienced athletes from 20s to late 60s. Even one HS student. They focus on functional fitness with a large mix of skills. I am always learning something new. Very easy to talk to and get your questions answered. I believe they also offer sport specific training for athletes, looking for an edge. Definitely worth checking out.

Although my fitness level is "beginner," Hayley and Kevin ensure that I get the most from each workout, and manage to make the challenges fun. I enjoy the variety, as well -- no class is ever like the last. This is truly a no-judgement zone where everyone supports and cheers one another on.

They have a built an amazing community where everyone, regardless of your skill or fitness level, can engage in a solid workout. Every workout is designed to appropriately challenge each person in the class. This Crossfit gym is not intimidating. If you're thinking about about doing Crossfit, I would highly recommend trying a class!
