Al is very helpful, easy going, and professional. While I hope I don't have any reason to use his services again in the future, he will be my first call if the situation arises. Overall great guy, highly recommend!

Over the last two days, I have noticed a large black flying insect in my yard. On initial search, I thought it to be a large black wasp, so I looked online for local pest companies and came across Bethwood Pest Elimination, which was recommended by a few people. I called and left a message. A little while later, I got a text back from the owner, Al, giving me some info. I sent over a couple of (not great) pictures I was able to snap of the bug. Immediately, Al responded that in one of the pictures, he was able to see the tell-tale sheen of the wings letting him know this was a likely a mud dauber wasp, and nothing to be concerned about. He freely gave this information, didn't require a consult or charge a fee - he just helped. I hope to not need his services, but if I do, he just gained a customer.
Al did a fantastic job with our request for preventive termite treatment as we live in a residential Westville neighborhood. He takes great care & pride in his work and we could not be happier. A family friend recommended him. He is totally professional and his services are very reasonable. Al did a thorough inspection and scheduled a follow up service.
